My visits to DA have become rare. I feel as though this site has lost its once brilliant charm. Plus, I have been working very hard in school and besides my actual art class, I have not had time to make anything to put on here! So between my studies and my plays...nothing artistic whether drawn or written as come from me.

I posted my portrait project which was a blast to do and I got positive feedback for it, so horray for that!

I am currently in the middle of the two art projects. One is a reflection study using tin foil and mirrors so when that is finally done, I may post it somehow.

My other project is a life size, full body self portrait. I'm about 10 hours into it at this point and I realized today that I am a little larger than life size. I'm hoping it's not that noticable though. When that is complete (I have a week and a day left to do it) I'll figure out how to maybe post pictures of it. Keep in mind, the colour is not realistic; I'm using a triad colour palette. So right now..my hair is a red-violet colour. In the painting I mean. Though that may change. I did it mostly for fun.
